Even if you don't have any major pains or symptoms at the moment, I can help you find out whether your Nervous System and physical body are working at THEIR best - to give you the capability and capacity to perform at YOUR best.

Using approaches from Proprioceptive Medicine/Afferent Input and Postural Neurology, I can look at how your systems respond to physical challenges, and look to find strategies to improve your performance capacity both physically and mentally.
